Sometimes we need a little help finding the RIGHT name for a baby or pet. There are even books of baby, cat and dog names- but that does not always help when it comes to more unusual animals.

Voting for our Fourth Annual Tortoise Calendar Photo Contest has begun! Members who registered before the beginning of the contest may choose UP TO SIX (6) photos to vote for. You will need to make all your selections at once; you will not be able to vote for a couple now and a couple later. There will be no altering of any vote that has already been cast - please don't ask. Members will have until November 11, 2011 at 11:11:11 PM PST to cast their votes.

Time for our Fourth Annual Tortoise Calendar Photo Contest and the 2012 Edition of our much sought after Tortoise Wall Calendar! For those who are not familiar with this annual tradition, toward the end of the year we hold a contest where all members are encouraged to submit their best tortoise photo. Then we all vote for our favorites, which are then published in a Tortoise Forum Wall Calendar.
