    Someone told me that I could feed my tortoise zinnia and I checked tortoise table and the tortoise table said it was safe. I bought burpee's pinwheel mix. Is this okay?

    I don't know that mix. Is it only zinnia? If so, it should be ok.

    I don't think think you have to worry about the plants you grow from that seed packet. You may be want to sow a few at a time over many weeks, to have a long sequence of harvestable plants.
