Whats matter with my sulcata?its abscess?

Hello everybody ..can i ask please ..whats is diseases of my baby sulcata? What is caused it? What is recipe for my sulcatas diseases?

My enclosure => edge = 85 f and basking = 95 f
Humidity = 40 - 70 %
