I prefer Aqua Panna and Icelandic Glacial Natural Spring, Otherwise it is Richmond, VA-USA tap water. I checked your location and I assume you are asking since you may not have a dependable public water source? If so than any basic bottle water would be fine. IN the US we have areas that use well water and it has a very high Hardness & Alkalinity which when sprayed on the tortoise leaves a residue behind on the shell, but is otherwise still drinkable. Tortoises may drink when they are soaked and some will honestly never drink from a water source that is set out for them. It is very frustrating at times. The basic rule of thumb is if you can drink it they can too! Welcome and don't forget to add photos

Is the red light your heat source? If so then I would recommend changing that to a CHE- Ceramic Heat Emitter. The red light can make them eat the substrate. Otherwise looks nice and love the name "Coconut" I hope I got that right! My Almost 2 year old Male Leopard on top and my almost 3 year old Russian on the bottom. The leopard showed me his man thing the other day so
that is how I know he is a male. Still waiting on the russian I hope she is female

Damn! Your enclosure is beautiful, your tortoise is lucky to have you! As well, I second the idea of changing your red light out to a CHE or maybe even just a different bulb without the red color.
