Well - we have to two tortoises home. It was really quite funny; we 'rescued' two tortoises from a multi-million dollar home on the intercoastal. The tortoises are very friendly and quite used to being handled. For now we have left them together and in the aquarium with their original 'hide' - didn't want to change too much on them at once. Of course they are now on cypress substrate with spagnum moss - and are being bathed and sprayed regularly. Am keeping them away from the other tortoises for now - but they have already had their first garden walk - demolished every weed they could find.
The really sad thing is that the lady really, really cared about her tortoises - see seperate thread on 'By the Book - Beware' ...
