What garden plant waste can be fed?

Cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines... delicious fruit with a stone in the middle that comes from trees with toxic leaves. Also includes almonds where you eat the stone (the nut) rather than the fruit.
So almond tree leaves are toxic? My hermit crabs that I used to keep as pets would disagree....but what about the actual almond flesh that is around the nut? Some people love it and rats too, they eat it totally, flesh and nut. Thanks for the definition of "stone fruit"...so the "stone" is a seed.

It's the leaves of trees in the prunus family that carry toxins. All the ones I listed. And apricots :D

The fruit part of an almond is probably edible it's just that we don't find it tasty.
