I work at a veterinary clinic, and am one of the few technicians that enjoys seeing exotic species. We had a client call earlier today and say that her juvenile sulcata was vomiting and lethargic. I’m relatively new to tortoise keeping, and have never heard of a tortoise vomiting. My assumption is that this is a bad sign, perhaps it had a very advanced impaction? The client never showed up with the tortoise, so I can only assume it passed away before she was able to get it to the clinic. Can any veteran keepers possibly share some potential diagnoses? Thanks!

Yes and if one has a heat stroke, it’s important not to submerge them in cold water right away.
