Just curious if a diet of hawksbit, clover, dandelion, mustard greens, spring mix and zoo med grassland pellets is considered varied enough for winter? If not what do you suggest I add that would be easy to find this time of year?

Sounds good to me. See if your produce department carries a packaged salad mixture called Santa Barbara Mix. It's endive, escarole and radicchio.

They don’t, but all look for those at another store. Luckily since I have to drive to town for groceries it gives me a lot of options.

You can also buy individual heads of the chicories Yvonne mentioned: endive, radicchio, escarole, and use rotate them. Most grocery stores should have one or two of these.

Varied diet is varied over time not within a meal or a day. If you buy something as food, use it up then buy something different next time :)
