Almost any fresh, unprocessed food that you eat. Your Redfoot can eat.
Feeding should not be a problem no matter where you live.
What are you offering him/her?

Bistro style lettuce mix, blueberry and strawberries and meal worms. He also has dried food and cuttle fish.

I'll bet it's the dried food he won't eat?
They aren't grazers and prefer succulent stuff. Fresh greens. Edible flowers. Fruit. Mushrooms and fresh meat protein. Even cactus.
Try some different items. Look in your refrigerator and maybe outside in a garden. They can eat hundreds and hundreds of items.
They're nature's forest vacuum cleaners!
