Found the owner! I put some signs up at the entrance to my neighborhood and they called me within 30 min. Turns out this tortoise escaped yesterday! The plot thickens though, because it was living with a redfoot, who also escaped and it's currently somewhere in the neighborhood also. So I'm going to help them do some searching this weekend. Also, really cool to meet some fellow Tortoise enthusiasts that are neighbors!
