Hi?
Speedy has been outside all summer long in his spacious run. Since temperatures In uk have gotten chilly he’s been in his greenhouse enclosure and I have been bringing him in at night. His temps in there currently, are 36 degrees Celsius under his floodLight , 24 degrees Celsius ambient temperature( He has extra heaters) and 19 at the cool end. He has an arcadia 12% T5 ho uvb bulb with a reflector suspensed at the recommended height.I also added some soil warming cables to warm the soil. The greenhouse has been insulated aswell. However I think his ambient temperature is still a little too low and can’t help but think it would be easier to maintain temperatures if I brought him inside for the winter. If I was to look at a tortoise table for him what sizes would be recommended? He is a 13yr old Male Greek and he has a shell length of 17cm. Any suggestions? Thank you!
