How do you keep your tortoise warm at night?

It sounds like your enclosure is very bright during the day (redfoots aren't wild about that) and potentially cold at night (redfoots also aren't wild about that). You need to get a thermometer, and change your heating/lighting situation.

I have the on from that link for the usb but I have this one http://www.tiendanimal.pt/lampada-solar-daylight-basking-spot-p-528.html
For basking should I get others?

This bulb? http://www.exo-terra.com/en/products/daylight_basking_spot.php what wattage and in what size/style enclosure are you using it?

Red foots aren't always the biggest baskers, especially as hatchlings (although some are), so your combo now may be too bright. You want a UVb source - either a long tube fluorescent or a mercury vapour bulb (MVB) (or regular access to unfiltered sunlight outside) and a heat source you can use day or night. Most people recommend a ceramic heat emitter (CHE) - it is a lightless heat source you can use day and night with a thermostat as needed.

Right now, your tortoise is potentially too cold and with too bright/irritating lights.

Read through the forum help pages to learn how to upload photos. That will really assist in advice giving.
