Hello Group!
I always wondered, how bad is tort pee? I search and remove any poop and urates in their pen, but pee is absorbed into the soil. When I see them pee, it appears to be clear. I have 2 Greeks, about 2 years old, in a pen 24" X 60". They are kept outdoors. How often should I overhaul their soil? Any thoughts?

Don't worry about it, it is harm less, and it will wash away when you water the pen.

tort pee is pretty much odorless. Mine peed in the food dish once when he was eating, so I had a chance to look at it closely and smelled it. But mine is a hatchling, I don't know adult tort pee.
