Tort habitat fire burns down house

Not all of the house but a big part- and the in identified breed pair died. Doesn't sound like it was a safe habitat. We have had a few close calls around on the forum too. That's why it is always a good thing to check lighting/heating about once a month or so to be sure however you have it hooked up, is still holding and that the growing of the tort can't have a misfortune with it. That is also why it is not recommended using the clamps on the clamp lighting. Poor torts

What kind of setup was this where the tortoise is able to knock over a heater?
