Toby's new digs

So after having Toby's house for a whole six months I've decided I want to upgrade it. Toby is a four year old russian and I know he needs lots of space, being in Scotland it's not possible to house him outdoors, and I was browsing ebay when this caught my eye, was wondering if you guys could give your opinion and advice on if it would be a good choice for him or not

It is pretty nice looking! I prefer a bit more room for mine since I live in the northern states and only get a half yr of nice weather to let mine out in. Depends what you have room for.
