This is Hisbiscus right?

I just want to make sure if this is hisbiscus, before i plant it in my enclosure.

It looks like a tropical species....if so, then I would only use in an area of the world that does not ever freeze in temp....if you are in an area that does freeze--then you will want to plant hardy hibiscus species--it will die off during the freezing winter times, but will come back each year...:D

My Redfoot can't get enough of those things, and comes running for hibiscus. When the flowers close and don't reopen in the morning, I just pull them off since they're done, but the tort will gobble up the closed flowers. I pull off an open flower every once in a while to show off to visitors :)

Oh, also, a really good hardy species is Hibiscus syriacus (Althea)
