The perfect diet

Hello, I have this turtle and I want to know what i have to feed them to be very very healthy

Is that a Hermanns? Russian? TO START, give them a varied diet of greens (no iceberg lettuce or romaine ever) such as endive, dandelion, kale, etc., in addition to grasses. I didn't have luck with my young tortoises taking hay, but it's good to offer that as well. Limit fruit as it's too high in sugar.
How/where did you come by the animals? Because each species of tortoise is different and in addition to food, you need to provide proper housing and lighting. Each of the tortoise genus have great care sheets on this forum, and people will offer you plenty of help. They look very young and haven't started pyramiding; do things right, and they won't. Pyramiding is indicative of greater health issues than just a bumpy shell.

You have a greek tortoise and its main diet should be broadleaf weeds. Here is an assortment of things you can feed it:

Mulberry leaves
Grape vine leaves
Hibiscus leaves
African hibiscus leaves
Blue hibiscus leaves
Rose of Sharon leaves
Rose leaves
Geraniums
Gazanias
Lavatera
Pansies
Petunias
Hostas
Honeysuckle
Cape honeysuckle
Leaves and blooms from any squash plant, like pumpkin, cucumber, summer squash, etc...
Young spineless opuntia cactus pads
