sulcata diet

Hi all,
i have a 100 day old sulcata tortoise, very very cool little guy.
the pet store told me to feed him spring mix, with a little calcium supplement, and ths grassland tortoise food.
im not sure if thats the best diet but its what they said is good.
they are a little family owned place so i trust them but i want to make sure. im wanting to feed him different veggies and fruits if i can. whats the best to feed a baby, and how much of it?

Did the petshop tell you how big your sulcata was going to get?

yeah hey said somehin like 30 inches or so, he was from there own tortoise's they grew themselves but they wherent to exact.
he is supposed to get big, but not unless i can get him to eat more than spring mix. he dismisses everything else i try to give him.
