SO...after reading everyone elses plans to prepare for this storm, I decided to bring in my boxies. I had previously thought that they would be good in their outdoor pen, dug down into their burrows and the top of the enclosure covered with a tarp, BUT I as not 100% sure so I started to read..

Not only did I find my boxers "out and about" this morning rather then in their burrows...the tarp had sagged in the middle and was full of water!!
So I decided to go in and bring them all into the tort shed.
During my scanning of the enclosure I found a BABY!!! the smallest one yet....we are talking dime size.....no yoke sack....ABSOLUTLY STUNNING!!
I looked around for more but could not find any, usually I get about 6-8 so I know they are there....good little hiders :)
THANKS GUYS>>> :tort::tort::tort::tort:
I promise to post pictures when I am sure we are all safe!

Ok...this is the little one. That is a piece of cat food kibble next to him/her....I'm not feeding it kibble, it's just all that was handy and small enough.. :)

I am very jealous right now!

:D I have had that same feeling many a time!!! the babies are so tempting!! This one is not staying though....he/she will soon be off to a new home....I try not to keep them as I have too many enclosures as it is (according to my husband...NOT ME), and keeping track of "relations" would be hard!!! :D
