Sully pacing back and forth

My female laid 2 clutches already in the same spot, and my male is pacing back and forth the fence line where she dug the eggs any reason why he is doing this? Thanks.

No. I don't think they are related. He does the mating and that's about it with regards to creation to life.

He may very well be looking for a way out...it might be a good time to check your perimeter for any weak points...

Ok yea but he never did that till Lucy laid her eggs i just thought it was all related. Thanks for yalls help

With my experience, I would say it is just a coincidence and not related to her laying eggs.

Are they on opposite sides of the fence? If yes, then I'll bet he can smell her and he wants to get to her. If not, then he's just one of those sulcatas that paces sometimes.

Yes i keep them seperated sometimes so she doest get stressed out. Maybe your right Tom, he prolly sense her and trying to find her.
