Sulcata owners in the northwest

So I live in the greater seattle area which means my sulcatas outdoor season will be fairly short compared to warmer states, he is only a year old right now so keeping him indoors in a tortoise table will be fine for a little while. I'm curious if any of you on here live in a northwest state and what kind of enclosure you have for an adult. I've read about heated sheds but there's not too much information I've found online about keeping an adult sulcata happy in the northwest.
Any info/tips would be much appreciated!
