Hi there, I'm getting a little worried about Brutus. He is 13 and seems okay in himself. The worrying part is his breathing. His nose can whistle quite a lot throughout the day at no specific time.

He is not breathing through his mouth which I guess is a good sign. And his viv has a mix of Aspen and fine (ish) dirt.

He is eating and drinking fine and seems to be moving around as normal.

Any help?

Are there any bubbles coming from his nose? If not I would not worry about it. They make noise when they breathe.

There are no bubbles coming from the nostrils although he has been shooting water out his nose, it' very rare when he does but the vet said not to worry?

It' a very sudden thing. It happens usually he has drank lots of water. He shoots some out of his nose. It' not runny or bubbling it's literally water shooting out his nostrils. There is one video on YouTube of a Leapord tort doing it in the wild but that's all I can find.
