starting to panic

Hi all,

Starting to panic a bit since my tortoise has vomitted again. Very foamy, white stuff. He did have some banana earlier but he has never been sick from that before. Any suggestions?

Just the vomitting. He doesn't show any sign of anything else. Very active...should I let him eat? I will call the vet first thing.

Hi Erin, That would worry me too. Could be a sign of parasites. It is a good sign that he still has an appetite. I am assuming that the vomiting is the only problem he is showing, no respiratory problems right? He needs to see a vet.

I wouldn't feed him until you get to the vet, which is hopefully ASAP. I hope your tort does alright, I've never heard of a tortoise vomiting.
