Is this soil okay to grow my tortoise food in? And to add some of the said food or plants to his enclosure at a later date? Thanks everyone

Is this soil okay to grow my tortoise food in? And to add some of the said food or plants to his enclosure at a later date? Thanks everyone

It looks fine to use for growing food, but don't let the tortoise have any access to it due to the perlite.
