Setup correct and healthy tortoise?

Hello, I have had Terra ( Young Russian tortoise) for a short time and was wondering if the enclosure was correctly adjusted for her and if she was healthy. I have the needed lighting for it as its an indoor enclosure. I am also completely open to tips on her care. Thank you

You've got the wrong substrate and the enclosure is too small. I can't tell what lighting or UV you've got in there. The water could could be better.
