I have a couple of these in my redfoot's enclosure, and love how they work, especially in combination with my video camera.

I noticed the other morning when I got up that one of the sensors had stopped reporting.

After trying to reboot the sensor I sent their support people an email ... I heard back within 15 minutes of the business day starting, and as soon as they got my order number, they agreed to send a new one out.

The sensor failed on the 25th, I received the replacement today, the 27th.

They're a great unit, produced by a company with superb customer service ... any product can fail (especially in a hot/humid environment like Darwin's enclosure), but how the company deals with it says a lot.

I highly recommend SensorPush!
