Hi I need a diet sheet for my russian tortoise any ideas on what I can and cannot feed her. thanks in advance

Testudo tortoises, including Russians, need mostly leafy greens and weeds. You can offer them lettuce, endive, escarole, chicory, dandelion, arugula, collards, kale, turnip greens, and mustard greens. You can also feed them quality pelleted food like Mazuri Tortoise Diet and Zoomed Grassland, moistened in water. Testudos also eat grass from time to time, but not very much. No more than once a month, you can give them a treat like grated carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes, or even sweet fruits like strawberries, raspberries, or grapes, but they don't really need them. Don't give them such treats more than once a month, or else they can get diarrhea.
