What is the diet of the Russian Tortoise? What types of plants are edible and which ones are not edible?

There's a cool app called Tortoise Table that lists specific plants you can and cannot feed tortoises, as a good leaping off point. Each tortoise species is different I think in what they should eat but it could stop you from buying a potentially dangerous plant.
