Russian Tort Claw/Nail

Ever since i got To-To ive worried about something to do with one of his claws, on one of his arms the outermost claw is shorter, duller, and a little yellow.

Is he sick or is it normal?

Okay, ive sent 2 pictures of his claw and many pictures of his shell, if you notice shell rot please tell me

Carpets can snag their nails. There are lots of reasons why walking about the house is dangerous. It's usually fine for a while - until it's not.

we have a really low carpet, id doubt that snag his claws

I don't see anything wrong with the claws, and I don't see shell rot.
