So while cleaning up a few rose bushes today I got to wondering about feeding "the guys" rose hips? Should be a good source of Vitamin C, (& a few other good things) right? We don't fertilize these particular bushes because we feed the animals the flowers - just keep everything mulched with our "home-grown" compost. How would you serve them - some seem a little too big to just toss out there?
