My Sulcata is around 20/21 months old. It does have slight pyramiding because it was started dry. I have had ~80% humidity for about ten months now. At this age does it still need this much humidity? I'm getting ready to go out and don't know if I should pick up another Repti Fogger.

Call ZooMed. They will send replacement parts to get your fogger running again. I have had VERY good customer service from them.

Its not age that you should be concerned with, its size. Once they hit 6-8" smooth, you can relax on the rainy season simulation a bit. If they were, or are, a little pyramided, I would keep it up longer. Whatever you do, offering a warm humid hide is a good idea.

Post a current pic with size and weight. Show the profile of the shell from the side. This will allow us to give better answers.
