Does anyone have any idea on whether the leaves from a raywood ash tree would be safe for an adult sulcata to eat? Long story short- I brought Tex out to the front yard the other day to take Christmas pictures with my kids. My front yard had virtually a blanket of raywood ash leaves and he acted like he was at a buffet. I didn't keep him out there long and kept trying to limit his intake because I wasn't sure if they were ok or not. I'm praying that they are only because we have a ton, but I'm just not sure. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you so much in advance!

Ash leaves aren't on any of the toxic lists that I have seen. They are supposed to be both bitter and astringent, and are in a lot of folk medicines. Might cause diarrhea.I don't think I'd let him eat very many though.

I just assumed they weren't good for him when I had him out there just in case. He did end up getting a few mouthfuls though. Thanks for the additional information, I really appreciate it.
