I was wondering if anyone knows how long you can keep puree'd cactus in the fridge?

They gobble it down when it's puree'd. Yummy!!!

I don't like keeping cut up or puree'd food in the fridge for more than 4-5 days, tops.

A few days should not be an issue. I do the puree every now and then...

I have done that as well, and then cut the frozen block into squares. I used it up within a week...

I usually do, too, but have, in the past, took a cheese grater to a cactus pad...very messy, but the torts loved it.

You might mix puréed cactus w/ dried weeds/veggies or "kibbled" tortoise food, like Mazuri or Red Sticks. Let it all sit for about a half-hour, until the dried stuff and/or chow is softened enough.

Also, you can mix powdered calcium and/or vitamins into it.
