Pumpkin for sulcatas

Quick question. Is it ok if i feed my yearling sulcata some 100% pumpkin from a can? I heard somewhere people feed them this but just want to make sure. Thanks

A little bit once in a while is fine. I feed grated pumpkin to little ones and whole pumpkins to big ones every fall.

OK, the tortoise biting the head is just wrong ... but oddly hilarious.

Aaron, occasionally I feed our adult sulcata canned pumpkin with his hay as a rare treat. It is 100% pumpkin, no added anything. Each pumpkin season he gets a whole pumpkin after I harvest the seeds to roast in the oven. Mmmmm, everybody is happy.

Ditto. However, during pumpkin season I also freeze pumpkin in chunks to feed when fresh isn't available.
