proper growth ?

i may believe my tortoise is stunned.. i’ve made that conclusion thru out this time i’ve had it. it’s a sucata tortoise and it’s only around 4-5 inches or a bit more or less and it’s 2-3 years old (look at my first post got it as a baby August 16 2019)

I can only guess by what I see in your pictures:

Kept too dry???
spring mix not enough nutrients???

What's the temperature in the enclosure? and does it have a proper basking spot?

Greetings. It looks like it is in a large plastic tub. But, i don’t see any substrate? Tell us more about your enclosure, heat, lighting, substrate, how often have you soaked. Somethings wrong, thats for sure.

Also not only is there a lot of changes needed as the others pointed out. How big is the enclosure and how much food do you feed?
A better diet is needed to he added to the spring mix but enough food needs to be fed so the tort can eat all day when he wants. Not just one meal a day and its gone.
