@Dipa we would need to see pictures of your tortoise showing what you are seeing. Some shedding of the skin is normal. Also if kept in drier conditions, it can also create drier skin. Humidity and soaking can help this if that is all this is. Please remind us what type of enclosure and what substrate you are using as well with a picture of how your tortoise is kept now.

But it is not shedding and the vet which i get proscribed for meds told me that he has a crack in his leg
