Opinions and advice

I recently built an enclosure for my Russian Karl. I would like some advice and opinions on how its set up, what I should do or change and my biggest concern lighting. It's a wooden box 3'x5' with soil substrate. A cave on the second story and a couple hides on the main level. I'll try to post some pictures.

I forgot to mention the light is a mvb. Im just not sure its located right, if I need more or whats what with that
