Hello, and a very warm welcome to Tortoise Forum to you and Tater.
Lovely little tortoise.
That water bowl looks a bit of a flip hazard to me.
A cheap, shallow, ceramic plant saucer big enough for Tater to soak in and sunk into the substrate would be safer and easier for him.
