So with our dude soon getting his bigger enclosure, it will leave our little enclosure abandoned. We are thinking about getting a new baby for it. We are open to breed suggestions, though prefer something that doesn't need to hibernate. Also, where does everyone purchase their babies from? We are open to suggestions, including private breeders and rescues! So fire away! Let's hear all your suggestions.

I loooovvvvveeeee my leopard. Same care you used to. They don't hibernate and don't get as big. They aren't destructive and don't burrow. If lots of hands on when little, they will put up with anything. Mine raised from a hatchling tolerates all my kisses and HSS no problem with me touching his legs, head or neck.

Oh and I recommend one of the active members of the forum. Many of us have babies hatching and due to hatch.

Thanks! Leopard was on the top of the list! Yay! I can pick out reputable dog breeders for days but tortie breeders - I'm clueless. I'd like to stick to what I know, so leopard is one I'm definitely considering. Thanks! I'll look into it. It won't be until after vacation next month as I don't want to leave a hatchling with his sister. Shredder will be easy as his lights are on timers and all she has to do is feed him. A week without his soak will be ok, and she will most his multiple times a day. With a baby, I'm much more hesitant to do that. Thanks guys! Any other info welcome!
