Hi guys wondering if anyone can help just want too know why my 9 year old Herman tortoises shell is redding and also her she’ll at the back is really soft and last night I noticed it was bleeding please help

Can you give some details on how do you keep her? Temperatures (day, night, basking spot), lights, heating, substrate, diet? Did she brumate (hibernate) this winter? Do you allow free roaming in the house? Is she eating and active or lethargic? Can you make some more photos of her bottom (belly, plastron) and shell top under brighter light?
And I would book an appointment at vet. This could be severe condition.

I usually do not recommend a vet without first some home remedies. However, I think with all you said, a vet visit with a good reptile vet, hopefully one with tortoise experience is needed ASAP.
