Need advice & possible links to buy lights online

Hey there!
Ive heard mixed things about lighting. I am honestly not sure what kind of UVB bulb I have but would like a reference to buy one online! I just bought a red infrared bulb before realizing it’s unhealthy to tortoise. What is commonly used for night bulbs? Also, do you keep the night bulbs on 24/7? I’d appreciate any kind of help!

Hello and welcome to TTF, for UVB you could use some thing like Zoo Med T8 ReptiSun 10.0 UVB Fluorescent Lamp for night Heat we Use CHE.

Both sell this top quality T5 fixture. It comes with an HO 5.0 tube, which if mounted within 10" to 12" of the animal should be effective at producing all of your UVB and lighting.
You can immediately or later replace the tube with a 10.0. But it will arrive with a "free" 5.0.
