Hi! Welcome to TFO. :D Can you tell us why you think this guy is sick (all his symptoms). Then also take the time to tell us, in as much detail as you can, how you have him set up. Things like his size, how big of an enclosure, do you have a basking site, UVB light over the basking site and how many hours a day on, does he use it, do you dry dock (physically remove him into a waterless area for a period of time), diet, temperatures on the basking site and the water. Just general things like that. Takes time I know, but it also helps us to give you correct and helpful information. :tort:

well i bought him in the begining of summer and all the other turtles would eat pretty good, but this one never eats. He/she is not shy and loves to run. There was some kind of scab or something on the top of its head, but with sone vitashell it went away.

i have a uv light over the basking area turned on all the time. they are in the same tank with a Ornate wood turtle

Maybe he needs the water temperature turned up a bit more what do u keep it at? I hear they eat more when theyre a little warmer do u have a heat lamp aswell?

That's a good temp maybe u should try 80 and c if theirs a difference in eating habit

i read online y they dont eat durring hybernation, but i dont think thats the reason. im just gonna wait till spring and see wat happens : |

Word I think only adults can hibernate though , I'm no expert though I hope theyre eating picks up more in the spring

they were very active before like november. they would follow my finger, eat alot, play, but now they just sleep so ill see wat happens in a couple weeks
