My first EVER hatched Easterns last night!! Yippee!

This is the hatchling's daddy... Rob. I saved him from a horrible home years ago when he was the size of a quarter. He is a special member of our turtle family..... unless he is chasing my females around being a hopeless perv... like now.... when I separate him for the others. hahahaha just teasing.

Oh ok cool. Haha theres so many different opinions about candling & stuff. I will have to try it again in a few days how long should you hold it there to see anything? I hope mine hatch that quick! Congrats again on the little ones again!That will let you know if its still alive. Sounds good
