Mr. Squirtle ...... a New Development

Ever since I was a little kid I always loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! I always wanted a turtle. Than fast-forward 10 years im 17 and one of my classmates said she wanted to give away her pet Russian tortoise. HOW COULD I NOT RESIST. so I brought him home and he's now part of the family. My Dog doesn't mine him, the cat however NEVER touches him but just stares at him ( don't worry i'm very carful ). I'm very excited for this new addition of the family. he also has an instagram @mr.squirtle84!

Cats are rarely problems, but be VERY careful with the dog. Dogs always seem to see tortoises as chew toys. If you have ant doubt about this, simply do a forum search for "dog" and you will find countless threads about dog attacks.

Do you let him roam around on the floor?

Please post picture of your tortoise and his enclosure.
