Mild pyramiding

I've noticed over the past month that my hermann's tort is beginning to pyramid - just slightly... he's only 8 months old and about 2.5 inches. Is this going to get much worse or can i reverse it or at least minimize future pyramiding.

I bath him 3x's per week ad he's set up with a humid hide.. which he uses occasionally... diet is decent and fairly varied.. mixed greens, endives, raddichio, just a bit of fruit for treats

If he is pyramiding then you can't reverse it but you can change things so that it doesn't get worse. If you post a pic we can take a look and let you know for sure.

I'm under the weather today...will dig up camera and snap one later..

I looked closely at him again... it is very mild and I m overreating... I rarely see torts with perfectly smooth shell...
