There are many people who do feed their torts mazuri. It is your decision. I myself feed it to my sulcata. The zoo's feed it to the tortoises. As long as you don't feed it every day and you feed greens and grasses I don't believe there isn't anything wrong with it. That is my opinion. Now if you do decide to add it to your torts diet one word of advice, it is very addictive to them. So that is why everyone suggests to only feed 2 times a week. I hope this helps.

I guess its all up to you and what you think is best for your tort's. I for 1 use it for my monster sulcata Cooper, and when I rescued my russian Ophelia, I started her on it at 8 years old and she just loves it. I think its good for them as long as you feed them a good diet of greens with it.

I feed it everyday no matter the species, I also have various seeds that I plant so they can graze as they please. I very rarely feed any store bought greens.
