Maverick!!!

I rescued this poor guy from a pet store because he was filthy, had a small bowl of dirty water, no hide, a mushy plate of carrots and some dried up stuff I couldn't identify, and only a red heat lamp! It took 2 and a half weeks to get him off that crap the pet store was feeding him! I introduced him to hibiscus this morning! At first he was skeptical and just niffered! I walked away to give him time and checked again in 10 minutes to find this!!! Way to go Maverick!!!

I gave him a piece of slate to eat off of!! It is not terribly overgrown (I have seen worse) but I don't want it to get any worse and actually file down on its own!!
