I have a lovely little rescued Russian! Her name is Sunshine (Sunny, named by my 7 year old) and she is appx 15 years old.
She is our first tortoise, although we have done some tortoise sitting in the past. She seems to be settling in nicely and has enjoyed a soak and some romaine. :)

Sunny is a very pretty little Russian tortoise.

Your first item of business needs to be setting her up outside. The habitat you have her in is way too small for the Russian tortoise of that size. And besides that, they do much better outside. (When the weather is better, I mean)

Great, post pics of that when you can!
If nights get too cold, you can use the bin at night, and take her to the outside enclosure during the day.
