One of my Russian rescues from last year laid 4 eggs this summer. 3 Of them never developed. The 1 though hatched today. This is my first. I am very excited and nervous. He doesn't have a yolk sack and his plastron is completely folded.
Please let me know if he looks normal.

His shell has flattened already. So stinking cute and tiny. Can't wait for next summer and more eggs! Hopefully will get some good leopard eggs next year.

Thank you. I am putting food in twice a day. No evidence he is eating. His umbilical is healed already. I have an enclosure ready for him. Need 1 More night to monitor the low temp.
