I would say NO ! They have different needs the Red Foot needs high humidity and the Sulcata less. They are from different parts of the world. there has been many threads lately regarding placing different species together. With the reasons why this should not be done.
As both Yvonne and Robyn say, they have completely different requirements. If you create the requirements for one the other will suffer. This in addition to completely different intestional micro-organisms which will sicken the other tort.
